Continuing on with health and wellness trends, another area of concern during the pandemic is how to maintain an adequate fitness routine when staying at homes. Gyms have been closed across countries in a fight to stop the spread of coronavirus, leaving many fitness fanatics in limbo.

With everyone at home, ‘cabin fever’ and boredom are seeing a dramatic rise in Tiktok usage. Celebrities are even jumping on the 15 second video

bandwagon too, exacerbating it’ popularity. The TikTok app has been rising in popularity for some time before the pandemic. With everyone at home trying finding a way to have fun, procrastinate or simply their mind off the pandemic itself , expect to see a lot more TikTok content on your feed.
